Add Club Integration

This PR adds club integration with the following flow!

• New club tab in the sidebar. Leaders can go there and link their club.
• Leaders are given a join code they can use to invite club members.
• When club members or leaders go to ship, they get an option to ship to the club instead
• Club ships get no currency, but only hours to their club.
• On reaching 50 hours, they get given a fillout form to request a printer for their club. I figured this was the best way to do it instead of handling it automatically due to the complexities with getting school approval and all that.
