Ticket feedback is an optional (disabled by default) feature that allows giving feedback (a good/okay/bad rating and optional text) after their ticket is resolved. At the moment, only the poster of a question can give feedback.
Feedback is stored in the "Feedback" table. At the moment, feedback is not used anywhere.
