DEV - Restructure VSCode File System

Overview

We need to reorganize the file structure to speed up navigation for developers and simplify workflow.

More Info

Through multiple teams contributing, the file structure for the project has been mismatched and has become hard to navigate. This calls the need to reorganize the file structure to better align with the new vite layout.

This change will also help non-devs to navigate the codebase easier (e.g. Content team was looking for hard-coded text strings)

Action Items

• Review current setup and identify pain points and bottlenecks.
• Restructure files
• Test and validate performance to ensure the file structure does not affect current capabilities
