Add Toggle Feature to Enable Manager Access

Overview

We need to add a slider/toggle feature to enable and disable Manager Access for projects. The goal is to add non-manager members, by having a slider communicate if someone is a manager or member

Action Items

Julia will create design based on the screenshot below from Bonnie. Design will then be presented to the engineering team to discuss feasibility and technical requirements

The design will have 3 columns - one for Project, Manager, and Removing a user. The project column contains name of the project, Manager column allows user to have access enabled or disabled, and the Remove column can use a trash can icon to remain consistent with other iconography used.

Resources/Instructions

Here are the steps to reach the page where the change needs to be implemented:

1. Log into VRMS
2. Go to Users
3. Click User Search, Results by Name,
4. Type in User
5. Next to project there should be a toggle for Manager

4/16/26 update:

I created a mock up based on Bonnie's screenshot. Currently the "Project Members (Event Editors)" lists users with manager /PM permisions. We want to be able to show all members in a project, and have the toggle give the PM permissions instead.
