Overview
This issue is related to PM Community of Practice and issue hackforla/tdm-calculator#2016. All Projects are instructed to clean their 1password vaults.
Action Items
Create a spreadsheet in the drive, that has the following columns
- Title of resource
- username
- url
- vault
- purpose
- who needs it (make a column for each role)
Review with Bonnie which apps need to be assigned and determine the responsible team members.
Create distinct folders for each app and assign relevant team members accordingly.
Update the 1Password vault, then have it checked and validated for approval.
