Fix dead links: stale ops repo name, wrong PG15 release notes URL, and terraform-modules paths The terraform-modules/ directory was restructured to terraform/modules/ (mostly under terraform/modules/legacy/, with ecr and cicd_integration staying top-level) in the V2 refactor; AWS-Resources.md's main-branch file links still pointed at the old paths.
