DR: Snapshot Submission Email Format & Details

Issue

What to include in the snapshot submission email sent to the DRO email addresses

Problem Statement

We need to determine how much information is needed in the email so that the recipients can act on them, while protecting the privacy of the application users

Potential Solution

• The DRO Assignee (Recipient) receives an email
• The email would have a link to the application with the project ID encoded in the link (similar to how the snapshot sharing works).
• Recipient clicks in the link in their email
• The application opens
• If Recipient is not currently logged in, Recipient logs in
• Recipient is redirected to the Manage Snapshots page with the project highlighted.
