Fixes

• Ctrl-C no longer crashes with a traceback — it now stops the agent gracefully; pressing Esc/Ctrl-C a second time force-returns the prompt if a step is stuck
• Esc interrupts long-running commands — a slow find/build is killed immediately (whole process group) instead of running to completion
• fleet_send target list — the agent can now answer "what sessions are you connected to" with the full cross-runtime roster (forge + Claude Code)
