Fixes

• Working spinner in the output flow — the working… indicator now sits just above the input (where output streams), not below it; footer is now activity · rule · input · status
• Roster-format targets resolve — fleet_send accepts name(sid-prefix) exactly as the session list displays it
• Self-excluding target match — messaging a name you share with another session picks the other session instead of failing as ambiguous
• Ambiguity errors now suggest id-prefix targeting
