Three panes like ranger/Finder, dependency-free: parent · current · preview (file contents; directories show their entries; binaries show size). Runs on the alternate screen — your conversation is restored pixel-perfect on close.

• ↑↓ move · ←→ navigate
• Enter on a file attaches it to your next message as @file (prompt pre-filled)
• . toggles hidden files · q/Esc closes
