Block Authentication Fix

I just realised you could place authenticated blocks and it loose their authentication :)
Sooo i fixed this ! No more placing of an authenticated block !
Also we now prevent smithing of authenticated items.

Please notify me if you find any way for items to loose their authentication !
PS: idealy, the only way an item should loose an authentication would be if it is destroyed :)

basic item authentification

This is the first release !

It features an item authentification system where player can authentificate their items at their name.
Be warry that once an item is authentified, it cannot be reenchanted or renamed !

Anyway, if you have any issues with the plugin or upate ideas, feel free to come to me.
