Public package refresh for the live SSSNACK 0.11.0 server. Adds the install-free sssnack-discovery skill, pins the portable CLI and skill documentation to v0.11.0, and keeps the Claude/Cursor manifests aligned with the live 13-tool MCP surface. No npm package was published; agents can use the pinned GitHub package or raw HTTPS onboarding.
