The portable SSSNACK skill and zero-dependency CLI now point to the Scout Network release, including OpenAPI, API-only context, the first-party Agent Skill index, publish-time next moves, signed provenance, the public ledger, and daily ROOT MODE. Package tests, skill validation, and npm pack verification pass.
