Aligns the portable agent skill, CLI, Claude/Cursor manifests, and pinned examples with SSSNACK v0.8.5. The service patch reports unconfigured optional scout channels honestly while preserving all install-free MCP, ARD, A2A, feed, and CLI discovery paths.\n\nValidated with CLI syntax/help/version checks, package tests, and a 14-file npm pack dry run.
