Ramjet 2.0.67-alpha.2

Ramjet 2.0.67-alpha.2 (95389f9)

Fixes the CI build, rejects cross-site WebSocket connections to the assisted server when no token is set, fixes cancellation and reconnect bugs in the assisted transport, serves the Epoxy client from bootstrap, and adds a guide and a Scramjet migration page. Chromium only. Packages are not on npm; install all seven .tgz files together.

The browser archive contains the compiled runtime, controller, plugins and assisted transport. The package tarballs contain the server and app tooling. Corresponding source and archive checksums are included.
Assisted is the default transport. Its server handles upstream TLS and can read proxied traffic. Browser-side transports remain available.
Performance charts describe the earlier measured build; dated follow-up results are in docs/perf/RESULTS.md. This release does not claim support for every website.
