Tree-sitter is now the default Python parser.

This release adds a Tree-sitter-based parser while preserving output parity with the previous AST parser across the current test suite and sample outputs. The AST parser remains available via --parser-engine ast.

• Added Tree-sitter parser support for Python
• Made Tree-sitter the default parser engine
• Added support for decorated classes, decorated functions, and async methods
• Refactored parser internals around the stable facts contract
• Kept existing graph outputs unchanged for validated cases
• Laid groundwork for future languages support
