dotto++

Rootless adaptation/rewrite of dotto+, originally written by ConorTheDev & Mirac. CI-built for iOS 15–17 using rootless/roothide jailbreak toolchains. Runtime testing and release status are tracked in AUDIT.md.

Changes/Fixes

• removed libcolorpicker dependency; uses the native iOS 14+ UIColorPickerViewController
• removed libappearancecell dependency; rebuilt selector in-bundle (DottoPlusPlusAppearanceSelectionTableCell)
• removed the SBIconView _frameForAccessoryView: hook (removed on iOS 17); kept _centerForAccessoryView and added accessoryCenterForIconBounds: positioning hook for iOS 17
• adjusted adaptive badge logic; folder badges average the colours of the apps that are currently showing a badge, and the dominant-colour algorithm ignores near-black and near-white pixels so dark/white icon canvases don't win (e.g. TikTok gets its teal accents selected, not just black)
• added a prominent live Enable dotto++ master toggle. When enabled, dotto++ renders its dedicated dot overlay; when disabled, it restores and yields to SnowBoard/native badges without requiring a respring.
• Use Pastel Colours preserves dotto+ 1.0.6's original HSV brightness algorithm. Alt. Pastel Algorithm appears only while pastel mode is enabled and opts into the newer OKLab/OKLCH lightness/chroma transform.
• Compatibility evidence and remaining device validation are recorded in AUDIT.md.
