New commands & capabilities

hadron skill export writes a SKILL.md for every enabled task declaration you can read. It writes to Claude Code (~/.claude/skills) and Codex (~/.agents/skills), and the server renders each file.
- --dry-run shows exactly what the real run would do.
- --force regenerates files that export would otherwise skip.
- --prune removes orphaned skills that export wrote.
- Renaming a declaration moves its skill, and disabling one removes it.
- It never replaces a SKILL.md it didn't write, and it refuses symlinked skills roots.
- Every item is reported. If anything is refused or fails, the run exits 5 after the full report.

OAuth scope refusals are recognised. An MCP-only key or an unsupported scope now exits 3 with a remedy that works, and hadron auth status / hadron token validate explain the refusal. An ordinary permission denial is never mistaken for one.
hadron spec new and hadron spec extract write the spec node and its edges in one request, so a failure no longer leaves an orphaned node.
hadron spec supersede wires its replacement inline. It retires the old node only once it has seen the superseded-by link. If it can't tell whether a step succeeded, it names the check to run instead of suggesting a blind rerun.
hadron spec lint remedies now name a hadron spec link command that actually runs.

The schema snapshot is refreshed, and skill planning omits force unless you pass it.
README: Homebrew 7 needs brew trust before it will load the hadron cask.
