Improvements

• team chat read now attributes message and head-probe reads to the bound worker session when the App and deployment match. With a supporting server, advanceReadState:false retains attribution and heartbeat while cursor acknowledgement remains after successful delivery under the existing guards.
• The binding's session, App and deployment are rechecked before each attributed request. Metadata diagnostics remain headerless.
• Older servers retry reads headerless only for the specific unsupported-argument validation refusal, with a note that session attribution is unavailable. Other failures are not retried as compatibility errors.

This release preserves the v0.19.1 stale-page checks and explicit acknowledgement behavior. Session attribution requires the server read-state opt-out introduced in hadron-server#1633.
