Animator As Code - NDMF Processor is deprecated.

The recommendation is now for you to instantiate Animator As Code in a NDMF Plugin class that you've created yourself.

The rationale is that there's too many scenarios where NDMF Processor gets in the way of the implementation, for instance if the generation needs to execute only once even if the avatar has multiple components, or if the same generation needs to execute for multiple component types.

Creating a NDMF Plugin on your own bypasses all of these implementation constraints.

This update now allows for any version of NDMF to be installed, except V2 and above, so that NDMF Processor doesn't prevent mass updates in ALCOM if the user already has it installed.

Modules created by Haï no longer depend on Animator As Code NDMF Processor, so this can be safely removed from projects.
