What changed

Added contextual create buttons to Recent trades, Plan overview, and Trade setups dashboard sections.
Added an Add trade setup shortcut to the dashboard quick actions.
Added pointer and disabled cursor feedback for dashboard buttons.

Installation

Download main.js, manifest.json, and styles.css into the Trader Journal plugin folder, then reload the plugin.
