🐛 Bug Fixes

Project sync now preserves every legitimate same-level Todoist item with a duplicate portable name. Colliding tasks or projects use readable UTC creation times, adding a typed short ID only when time is missing or still identical, while non-colliding names and displayed titles remain unchanged; legacy numeric and ID-only paths migrate to the new canonical layout.
