Page Lock 1.1.1

Renamed this project from Note Lock to Page Lock, with plugin ID page-lock. Existing notes keep their locked property unchanged.

Users of Robert Fleming’s previous Note Lock installation: disable the old plugin, preserve its settings, and migrate to the new folder before enabling Page Lock. The included scripts/migrate-install.py backs up and migrates the old installation, enabled state, and command hotkeys. Close Obsidian before migrating; restart afterward. This does not migrate the unrelated Note Lock community plugin.

The README screenshots retain the former name; the locking interface is unchanged. Lint, build, all five protection tests, and migration preservation checks passed.
