Windows portable package of Urban Studio: no installation, no Python, Git or C++ toolchain.

1. Download hako-urban-studio-win64.zip and extract it to a short folder of letters and digits only (for example C:\hako).
2. Double-click start-urban-studio.bat. Urban Studio opens in the browser.
3. In the Simulation tab, try the three scenes: showcase-tocho-cart-people, showcase-tocho-drone, showcase-sapporo-stalls-night (turn on Night mode in the Viewer's panel).
4. stop-urban-studio.bat stops everything.

Requirements: Windows 11 x64 and an internet connection. On a notebook with two GPUs, set the browser to the high-performance GPU (Settings > System > Display > Graphics). You can also open Urban Studio from a phone or another PC on the same network; see README-WINDOWS.txt.

Verified on Windows 11 Pro (Intel Core Ultra 7 155H, NVIDIA RTX 4060 Laptop): all three scenes at real time (RTF 1.0).
