Agentic Company OS 0.5.0
Agentic Company OS 0.5.0
Turn a useful project brief into editable instructions you can reuse. Keep control over when the next job starts.
What you can do
- Use a project brief again. Choose Use brief again, review the instructions and prepare a new editable project.
- Make a personal guide. Prepare, edit and save instructions for later. Creating or saving a guide makes no model request and starts no job. Guides start disabled and grant no additional tool or agent permissions.
- Keep unfinished work. Drafts survive the connection journey. If a save has an uncertain result, inspect the saved state before choosing to retry. Later edits remain available.
- Recover from a paused job. Budget and coding recovery controls remain accessible on narrow screens alongside the reuse controls.
- Work in your language. English, Turkish, German, Russian, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Arabic, with phone layouts and Arabic right-to-left support.
Native health checks retain missing samples and degradation evidence. Incomplete endurance runs keep bounded diagnostics without private task text or credentials.
Install or update
Download Agentic-Company-OS-setup.zip and verify it against SETUP-SHA256SUMS.txt.
The standalone installer needs Node.js 24 and Docker with a Linux engine. Native source installation needs Git, Node.js 24, the pinned pnpm version and PostgreSQL. Browser tools need Chromium. Optional coding has separate runtime and permission requirements.
Start here · Connect a model · Private phone access
Verification
All original PR gates and complete actual-main gates passed. Source/runtime checks cover Linux, Windows, macOS Intel and Apple Silicon. Linux passed 1227 browser tests; each Mac architecture passed its 29 browser tests, without retries, flaky results, failures or skips. Each platform source suite ran 2202 tests; Windows retains 32 explicitly named skips and the other platforms retain 38. Skipped tests are not passes.
Seven-language first-job and reusable-guide journeys used controlled models. Original permission, process lifetime, installation/resume, binary-backup and fault-recovery checks passed. Exact-main CodeQL analysis and explicitly scoped security checks passed with zero open alerts.
The installer ZIP, copied source, checksum and anonymous x64/ARM64 and optional x64 coding image access were verified. The packaged setup screen passed all seven languages at 390px; enlarged Arabic text was also checked. Installation, resume and binary-backup restoration passed using the published Linux x64 images. ARM64 publishing and image metadata were checked separately.

Current limits
Real-account ChatGPT inference, physical-phone access and 24-hour operation have not been verified by these controlled tests. Saved guides are editable instructions and do not certify the success of earlier work. The Windows endurance investigation and approved-browser observation investigation remain open.
v0.4.0 — Connect models. Keep your work.
Connect models. Keep your work.
Version 0.4.0 helps you connect a model without losing the job you were writing,
and inspect saved usage when a provider request is interrupted.
What changes for you
- Connect a local model, a supported ChatGPT account or an API provider from the
current composer. Saving a connection does not automatically start the job. - Keep the latest draft through navigation and reload in the same tab when
browser storage accepts it. Explicit error and recovery states preserve your
input when a connection or authorization fails. - Inspect durable inference attempts, reported usage and uncertain outcomes.
Reading saved records does not run a model or reset spending evidence. - Install using seven languages: English, Turkish, German, Russian,
Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese and Arabic.
Install
Download Agentic-Company-OS-setup.zip, check it against SETUP-SHA256SUMS.txt,
and read START-HERE.txt inside the ZIP. This portable bundle requires Node24
and a working Docker Compose Linux engine. For installation directly on
Windows/macOS/Linux, follow the source installation instructions.

Both image references were independently readable without a personal GitHub
login. Native macOS coding is unsupported; ordinary Mac installation is separate.
No hosted service or paid model usage is included with this download.
Release checks
- Final source acceptance: 1,105 controlled browser cases passed; source tests passed on Linux, Windows and both Mac architectures. Seven-language first jobs use real API/workers with a controlled local inference fixture.
- Mac platform acceptance: native installation, saved preferences, PostgreSQL backup and fresh restore, and first-job checks passed.
- Actual main checks and main Mac checks passed before publication.
- Distribution acceptance exercised the exact published ordinary/coding images, installation and resume before building this ZIP.
- The ZIP's original checksum, source commit, copied configuration files, seven-language setup rendering and anonymous image manifests were verified separately.
Native/container fault drills are controlled ten-minute checks; they are not
24-hour endurance or physical-phone acceptance. Live account/model quality,
native-speaker review and long-term unattended use remain separate checks.
Unknown provider costs stay unknown; application budgets do not cancel
provider-side charges or establish a subscription credit balance.

The newer project-start identity/retry feature is being prepared separately
and is not included in this 0.4.0 bundle.
Agentic Company OS 0.3.13
Agentic Company OS 0.3.13
This release helps you keep writing your first job when checking the model connection is slow or fails.
What changed
- Home and New project show model-discovery progress and an actionable failure message in all seven interface languages.
- Check again retries the read-only check in place, retaining the job draft and selected work options. An older ready catalog no longer conceals a failed refresh.
- Keyboard focus returns to the next useful action or draft field after retry. Continuing to edit while the check runs preserves your chosen focus.
- Narrow screens keep the explanation readable, including Arabic RTL.
- Setup guidance explains that a project can be saved before connecting a model; it does not describe an unsent draft as already saved.
A catalog check does not send a model prompt or prove that a future provider call will succeed. Leaving or reloading an unsent form can still discard its draft.
Installation
Download Agentic-Company-OS-setup.zip and verify its SHA-256 against SETUP-SHA256SUMS.txt. The portable installer requires Node.js 24, Docker with a Linux engine and Compose v2. Native/source installation instructions are in the README. Each installation is a private workspace for one operator; model providers use the operator's own account or local hardware.
Installer identity
The inspected standalone archive contains the 12 expected files. Its manifest and image metadata identify source fa406f22b5e4c78efcff56aaa31c69bf15dcfd97.
- ZIP SHA-256:
99c809be3f99ca606e13b0fddf96a0b0b20ddbedecc4c35b57f0a4aeac5f3bad - Pinned image:

The distribution workflow passed real installation, resume and binary backup restoration using this published image. Anonymous registry checks verified both Linux AMD64 and ARM64 manifests and their source labels. The downloaded ZIP's own setup screen opened in Windows Chromium at 390px width in all seven languages, with Arabic RTL and no page errors; that browser check did not submit another installation.
Verification
All seven required release checks passed for source fa406f22b5e4c78efcff56aaa31c69bf15dcfd97, after independent review and acceptance of the proposed merge.
- Main CI: general source tests 1,626 total, 1,619 passed, 0 failed, 7 skipped. Separate real PostgreSQL lease, receipt, operator ownership, sampler lock, migration and budget-resume proofs passed. Full Chromium interface suite: 1,011 passed.
- Windows: 1,626 source tests total, 1,621 passed, 0 failed, 5 skipped; real native installation, resume, binary backup restoration and process topology passed.
- Both macOS architectures: 1,619 source tests passed, with 7 platform/environment skips and no failures, plus real native installation/resume/restore and 29 first-run/capability interface cases each.
- Container and Windows ten-minute fault exercises each completed 100/100 responsibilities and all seven fault injections. Their independent report verifiers passed with 26 journal events, 2 browser checkpoints and 11 browser samples each. Downloaded evidence-file hashes match the reports and browser manifests. These short exercises do not establish 24-hour endurance.
- Formatting, production dependency audit, license policy, generated API verification, typecheck, build, frontend bundle limits, CodeQL and history secret scan passed.
Skipped cases are not counted as passes. The separate PostgreSQL proof stages exercise cross-connection behavior; platform-specific checks retain their own scope.
The candidate's focused Windows Chromium checks passed: 28 Home/model-recovery cases and 4 New project cases. Independent review accepted the corrected candidate contingent on required CI.
Maintenance and limits
A separate Dependabot update job failed to prepare updates for wouter, @tanstack/react-query, drizzle-orm, tailwind-merge and tsx. Its log records FileUpdater::NoChangeError as unknown_error; it made no release-source changes. This is follow-up maintenance and is not counted as a passing check.
Live provider output quality, measured token savings, physical-phone acceptance and 24-hour endurance are not established by this release's fixture browser tests or short fault exercises.
Agentic Company OS 0.3.12
Agentic Company OS 0.3.12
This release makes the main journey easier to follow: describe a job, see its progress, and read the saved delivery.
What changed
- Get it done guidance starts with a suitable existing agent. Small jobs use that agent; independent deliverables or necessary specialist work can use existing experts with bounded parallelism. All seven application languages explain the same approach.
- Saved delivery summaries are visible directly above the project workspace in every view. An evidence shortcut opens the existing records without discarding other URL parameters.
- Recurring responsibilities show the latest saved delivery without inventing which cycle produced it. A completed task without a saved summary says so explicitly.
- The Windows source test runner handles long checkout paths without exceeding the command-line limit.
- The README and public start page show the current interface, with clear preview captions in all seven languages.
Install or inspect the source
Download Agentic-Company-OS-setup.zip and check its SHA-256 against SETUP-SHA256SUMS.txt. The portable installer needs Node.js 24 and Docker with a Linux engine and Compose v2; Git, pnpm and source compilation are not needed for that route. Source and native installation instructions are in the README.
Each installation is one private operator workspace. Local models need separately configured Ollama and suitable memory; cloud model charges belong to your own provider account.
Verification and limits
All seven required release checks passed for source 8cf2408813b68b8c5ceb34a663ee68467a47ce23, after independent review and acceptance of the proposed merge.
- Main CI: general source tests 1,626 total, 1,619 passed, 0 failed, 7 skipped; separate real PostgreSQL concurrency, migration and budget-resume proofs passed. Full Chromium interface suite: 1,000 passed.
- Windows: full source tests 1,626 total, 1,621 passed, 0 failed, 5 skipped; real native installation, resume, binary backup restoration and process topology passed.
- Both macOS architectures: 1,619 source tests passed with 7 platform/environment skips, plus real native installation/resume/restore and 29 first-run/capability interface cases each.
- Container and Windows ten-minute fault exercises passed their independent report verifiers. Each retained 26 journal events, 2 browser checkpoints and 11 browser samples. These short exercises do not establish 24-hour endurance.
- Production dependency audit, typecheck, build, bundle limits, CodeQL and secret scan passed. General source skips requiring PostgreSQL are covered by the separate real PostgreSQL proof stages; platform-specific cases remain platform-specific.
The first main Windows attempt failed during browser navigation with ERR_NO_BUFFER_SPACE, before the affected setup test's assertions. The five setup browser cases passed in an isolated local Windows run, then the entire Windows job passed on one fresh retry with unchanged source. The failed attempt remains recorded. An earlier full local source run also exceeded available native memory; its isolated recoveries and the accepted CI results are distinguished in the verification checkpoint.
A separate Dependabot update job failed to prepare updates for five dependencies with unknown_error; it made no release-source changes and is follow-up maintenance. It is not counted as a passing check.
The installer archive was inspected: its 12 files match the expected standalone package, its SHA-256 matches the included checksum, and its distribution manifest identifies source 8cf2408813b68b8c5ceb34a663ee68467a47ce23. The published image passed real container installation, resume and binary backup restoration into a fresh database. Anonymous registry checks confirmed both Linux AMD64 and ARM64 manifests and their source labels.
The downloaded ZIP's bundled setup screen also opened on Windows in Chromium at 390px width, with all seven languages, Arabic right-to-left layout, native-source guidance and no page errors. This check did not submit another installation.

Browser fixtures prove the interface and submitted instructions, not live model output quality or measured token savings. This release does not claim physical-phone acceptance or a 24-hour endurance result.
v0.3.11 — Shared budgets and recoverable task continuation
Shared budgets for delegated and recurring work
Root tasks and their delegated work now share recorded token and reported-cost
allowances. Recurring families also enforce a rolling 24-hour allowance, so a
new cycle or child task does not silently obtain a separate unlimited budget.
Individual task limits remain in force. Unknown reported costs stay unknown;
these controls are not a provider-side billing cap.
An authenticated operator can inspect and resume eligible budget-paused work in
all seven interface languages. The check makes no model call, retains recorded
usage and does not change limits or permissions. Emergency stop, approvals,
active leases and unresolved effects still guard continuation.
The task page keeps a durable request identity before sending. After a lost
response or reload it inspects that same receipt, rather than guessing whether
the action succeeded. A missing receipt requires an explicit retry.
Container setup retains validated operator budget overrides when resuming an
existing installation. The colorful Living Keepers from v0.3.10 remain included.
More precise runtime evidence
Synthetic native/container endurance now pins all nine selected numerical spend
limits before startup and rejects malformed or drifting contracts. Operation
evidence preserves the physical winning attempt and its invocation ID separately
from the immutable logical receipt origin. Both owners must be finalized and
consistent; an effect from a lost physical owner remains a failure. Future-dated
completed rows are deferred to a later observation, not rewritten or accepted.
Verified source
PR #37 passed all eight
required source/build/UI, security, Windows, macOS Apple Silicon/Intel and
container checks. The full Chromium suite passed 982/982. Focused local
integration checks passed 49/49 and overlap that suite.

Independently verified ten-minute native and container compressed preflights
completed 100/100 responsibilities and all seven faults with zero stale-owner
commits, duplicate receipt keys, missing incidents or health mismatches. Native
evidence belongs to candidate 6426929; container evidence belongs to tested merge
0543c9f. Both retain 100 winning-owner/invocation joins. Neither short run produced
a replacement winner different from its logical origin; replacement cases are
covered by source fixture tests rather than an observed real replacement.
Verified package
Distribution run 36831705973 passed installation, resume and disposable binary backup restore against the published image before packaging. The ZIP inventory, checksum and embedded source/image metadata were checked. Anonymous registry access verified the Linux AMD64/ARM64 manifests, content digests and source revision labels.

Download Agentic-Company-OS-setup.zip, extract it and run START.cmd on
Windows or sh START.command on macOS/Linux. Setup lets you choose language,
provider, access policy and tools. The ZIP uses a pinned Linux container image
and requires Node.js 24 and a running Linux Docker engine with Compose v2.
Native installation uses the source workflow in
self-hosting.
Existing source installations should follow its backup and upgrade procedure.
Limits
A real standard 24-hour native test is running on frozen candidate 6426929; no
24-hour acceptance is claimed. A matching source tree does not relabel the commit
that actually ran the test. Physical-phone acceptance, native-speaker review and
real-provider output quality remain unverified. Disposable restore tests do not
certify an operator's actual backup, secret files or workspace volumes.
Issues #29 and
#34 remain open;
later passing runs do not establish the causes of earlier intermittent failures.
v0.3.10 - Living Keepers
Meet the Living Keepers
Ten original role mascots now have colorful shells and gentle movement following
the recorded agent state. Idle, working and blocked characters move differently;
archived agents and uncertain records remain still. Uploaded custom portraits
remain static.
A friendly profile companion offers the next step in all seven application
languages. Selecting the mascot or Let's talk opens and focuses the existing
chat, preserves the draft and never sends automatically. This is authored
interface guidance; model responses still come from your configured provider.
Motion can be paused globally, remembers the choice locally and synchronizes
between tabs. System reduced-motion preferences take precedence. Hidden tabs
and offscreen mascots pause. The atlas is about 75 KiB; movement needs no model
call, external service or new dependency.
Watch the phone-width interface demo.
The demo uses synthetic fixture records and an unsent draft; it does not show
a live agent completing work.
Verified source and package
PR #38 passed all eight
required source/build/UI, Windows, macOS Apple Silicon/Intel, container and
security checks. The full Chromium release smoke passed 966/966. Focused local
mascot/profile/shell/accessibility checks passed 108/108; those overlap the full
suite and are not an additional unique test count.

using their documented backup and upgrade procedure.
Limits
Physical-phone acceptance, native-speaker review and a real 24-hour soak remain
unverified. Disposable fixture restores do not certify an operator's own backup
or workspace/secret volumes. Issues #29 and #34 remain open; later passing runs
do not establish the causes of earlier failures. Family-spend controls and
physical-operation ownership verification remain pending in PR #37 and are not
included in this release.
v0.3.9 — Inspect recorded completion reviews
See the basis of a completion review
Expand a recorded completion review in task activity to inspect its reviewed cycle, operation-state counts, bounded typed results, child-task states, command exit codes and operator reconciliation. The panel works in all seven application languages and labels sampled, review-time context. It loads only when opened; a failed download keeps activity controls available and offers a reload.
No extra model call or permission grant is added. The display excludes raw tool results, commands, arguments, file contents, task text and saved error messages. The separate shareable evidence schema is unchanged. Review metadata supports a model-dependent decision; it does not certify output quality or live task state.
Verified source
PR #35 passed all eight required source/build/UI, Windows, macOS Apple Silicon/Intel, container and security checks. Linux source acceptance recorded 1,539 passing tests and seven platform/opt-in skips; dedicated PostgreSQL acceptance ran separately. Chromium UI acceptance passed 954/954.

Verified installation package
Distribution run 36806665790 built the immutable multi-platform image from this exact main commit. Installation, resume and disposable binary backup restore passed against the published image before packaging. Archive members, checksum and embedded source/image metadata were verified; anonymous registry access verified Linux AMD64 and ARM64 manifests and their source-revision labels.

Download the installer ZIP below, extract it and open START.cmd on Windows or START.command on macOS/Linux. Follow the setup screen to choose language, installation mode, model provider and access settings. See self-hosting for prerequisites and server setup.
Limits
Physical-phone acceptance, native-speaker review and a real 24-hour soak remain unverified. Disposable fixture restores do not certify an operator's own backup or workspace/secret volumes. The Windows restart investigation (#29) and approved-browser observation investigation (#34) remain open; later passing runs do not establish their earlier causes.
v0.3.8 — Recovery and clearer completion reviews
Recovery and clearer completion reviews
PostgreSQL now writes backup archives directly to a file in the documented flow. Compose copies that file instead of sending binary output through older PowerShell text redirection. Native and container installation acceptance restore a generated archive into a fresh disposable database and check the agent roster, migration journal entry count, UTF-8 writes and sequence state. Container acceptance restores the copy transferred through the host.
Before task or recurring-cycle completion, the existing review model also receives a bounded snapshot of recorded execution: tool states, selected typed results, reconciliation decisions and child-task states. Full state counts remain visible when samples are truncated. The same snapshot is kept in the activity review. No extra review call or permission grant is added.
The additional metadata excludes commands, arguments, raw output, file contents, child reports and stored error text. The task brief and proposed completion report continue to go to the configured reviewer as before. Free and local selections retain their existing routing boundaries.
Verified source candidate
PR #33 passed all eight required checks: full source/build/audit/UI, native Windows, both macOS architectures, container installation/endurance and security analysis. Linux source acceptance recorded 1,533 passing tests and seven platform/opt-in skips; dedicated PostgreSQL suites ran separately. The full Chromium UI suite passed 946/946. Native Windows recorded 100 completed responsibilities and seven fault injections, and independent evidence verification passed with verified24h false.
The actual tested PR merge commit 13264c3, candidate 1b7e484 and merged main c408141 have the same Git source tree 58e854bedcafdb92f2b3809700f94276464af142. A separate native PostgreSQL completion probe with a controlled local reviewer rejected a contradictory report, retained the task and persisted the review, using one fixture model call and excluding saved raw output.
Verified distribution
Distribution run 36797586535 completed successfully from merged main c408141dad453bad0e6024d6c0e7b0d8931ba1ef. Installation, resume and the disposable binary backup restore passed against the published image before the installer was packaged. Installer metadata, archive checksum and image provenance match this exact commit.
- Installer SHA-256:

Limits
Execution metadata supports a model-dependent review; it does not certify output quality or all task requirements. Installation fixture restores do not certify an operator's own backup or preserve workspace/secret volumes. Physical-phone acceptance, native-speaker review and a real 24-hour soak remain outstanding. The intermittent native restart investigation (#29) and approved-browser observation investigation (#34) remain open; successful reruns do not establish their earlier causes.
v0.3.7 — Original Keeper mascots
Original Keeper mascots
The built-in agent portraits have been replaced with ten original Keeper characters. Each core role has a recognizable silhouette, and specialist templates reuse the closest role. The application mark now matches the mascot family. Uploaded agent images still take priority and can be reset in the profile.
The seven interface languages now describe the built-in image as a mascot. The README preview and contributor design notes show the new artwork and document its generation, role mapping, and visual rules.
Verification
The release package is built from the exact tagged source. Required source, UI, Windows, macOS, security, and container checks passed on the pull request. The distribution workflow validated the installation and packaged setup before publication. The checksum file accompanies the ZIP.
The native PostgreSQL 10-agent and long-running checks are smoke and bounded endurance evidence; they do not establish a 24-hour soak or physical-phone test. The previously reported intermittent Windows database restart issue remains under investigation.
Agentic Company OS v0.3.6
Windows diagnostics
When the real native PostgreSQL smoke misses its strict 10/10 responsibility deadline, its JSON report now identifies the unfinished agent IDs and their latest first-cycle attempt states and numbers. The diagnostic is bounded to safe fields, retains the original failure if lookup is unavailable, and never turns an incomplete run into a pass.
Verification
Pull request #31 passed the Linux source/UI suite, Windows process and PostgreSQL endurance checks, container install/endurance checks, both macOS architectures, CodeQL, and secret scanning. Local Windows checks passed: 1,520 source tests, 946 Chromium UI tests, production build, and a real PostgreSQL 17.10 process smoke with 10/10 responsibilities and worker/database recovery. Six source tests requiring a separately configured PostgreSQL connection were skipped locally; hosted CI ran the PostgreSQL gates.
The setup ZIP is built from commit 43c8447001f1f8fd4152b57beb27e885f79b1087 and includes a checksum. Use the two attached files together.
Current limits
The intermittent Windows PostgreSQL restart issue #29 is still open; one successful run does not explain the earlier failure. A 24-hour soak, physical-phone/carrier acceptance, and native-speaker review remain outstanding.
