Patch on top of v0.2.0. Two visible regressions reported on the new design system, both fixed.

What changed

Add Note FAB no longer invisible in light mode

The floating "Add note" button on /notebooks/[id] was rendered with bg-canvas dark:bg-white text-fg-inverted — a leftover from the token sweep. In light mode that resolved to white-on-white (invisible blob); in dark mode it sat right on top of the chat-input footer caption. Now uses bg-fg text-fg-inverted (auto-inverts per pack/tone, always high-contrast) and lifted from bottom-6 to bottom-12 so it stops crowding the help text.

Audio Overview + notebook output surfaces no longer faded in light

A family of half-migrated dark: variants where the light side picked a medium-gray token that was correct in the old slate-/zinc- palette but reads as "muted body text" in the new token system. 173 replacements across 11 notebook component files:

Before After
text-fg-secondary dark:text-fg text-fg
bg-white dark:bg-elevated bg-elevated / bg-surface
text-green-600 dark:text-green-400 text-success
bg-red-50 dark:bg-red-500/10 bg-danger/10
Hardcoded indigo flashcard frame border-fg-accent/30 + bg-accent-soft
Redundant bg-X dark:bg-X repeats single token

Surfaces touched: AudioOverviewModal, StudioOutputView, StudioOutputModal, DeepResearchModal, QuizConfigModal, UploadModal, ChatPanel, SourcesPanel, StudioPanel, MindMapRenderer, NotebookView.
