v0.2.4 — Drop side dock from /notebooks
Patch on top of v0.2.3.
What
The vertical AppDock visually clashed with the notebooks list on viewports where the centered `max-w-[1400px]` grid extends close to the viewport edge — the dock floated on top of the first column of notebook cards instead of in a clean gutter.
Fix
`/notebooks` now uses `NotebooksAppChrome` (top header: brand · email · settings · theme · sign-out) again. Reasons:
- The Library page is the user's "home" surface; a familiar top-bar feels more right-place-right-time than a dock-on-top-of-content artefact.
- Eliminates the overlap entirely without any responsive-breakpoint gymnastics.
Where the dock still lives
- `/notebooks/[id]` — top is taken by the notebook tooling (back · title · analytics), dock occupies the empty left gutter.
- `/settings/*` — sidebar nav is on the left of the content; dock sits to the left of that.
Both surfaces have natural layout space the dock can occupy without overlapping content.
