El Verificador v0.1.0

First release of the autonomous gatekeeper that closes the Taskrivet loop.

Taskrivet cannot grade its own homework. El Verificador is the gate between
"code written" and "code committed".

What it does

  • Independent intent verification. El Verificador reads the distilled work
package — the objective and the acceptance criteria — and checks the work
against that intent, rather than against a diff that merely looks plausible.
  • Guardrailed retry loops. Failures are routed back as an actionable
correction prompt: what failed, which acceptance check failed, and what to do
next. The loop stops rather than spinning.
  • Proof-of-work commits. Every verdict is written to an append-only SQLite
audit log with a hash chain, so a verification result can be checked after
    the fact.

Commands

  • el-verificador verify — verify a DistilledWorkPackage against a
repository, in a Docker sandbox, with --dry-run to skip Docker, git and
    EdgeRecord writes.
  • el-verificador audit — query the verification audit log.
  • el-verificador config — create or inspect the configuration file.

Install

pip install el-verificador
