Artwork
The brand kit includes light, dark, and monochrome marks and wordmarks. SVG lettering is outlined, so the application and website require no external font service. The generator and pinned font license are included for future edits. Both Mac bundles embed the same icon before signing.
Verification and scope
Source validation passed 183 Python tests, 29 Electron tests, and 18 Swift tests. Both Apple Silicon packages built successfully. Packaged Electron terminal spawn/write/resize/exit, ASAR file/block integrity, native helper signatures, native bundle signature, icon parity, and private build-path scans passed. Brand generation reproduced all 25 asset hashes with the pinned local toolchain. Required GitHub privacy, dependency, test, and CodeQL checks passed before merge.
Both desktops remain unnotarized. The native workspace remains a developer preview with incomplete visual interaction qualification. No owner service is activated by this release; configured source-owner readiness, authorization, approval, and acceptance gates remain in force.
Built from 2160f606256edbd38004b6c8693bca8c7497ca9b, tagged v0.5.1. Change: PR #789. Identity guide: docs/brand/guide.md.
Taskrivet 0.5.0 — routing and owner-request preview
Taskrivet 0.5.0 brings the merged routing and durable owner-request foundation to a downloadable preview. This is a prerelease; the native workspace still needs visual interaction qualification.
Changes
- Source-bound routing observations in the CLI and native workspace show stale, unavailable, or unqualified evidence explicitly. They do not select a model or authorize dispatch.
- The optional source-owner client binds one explicit request to its original source and exact card, control, and route revisions. A private durable journal reconciles lost acknowledgements and restarts without repeating a POST. Bounded observation follows that request only.
- The supported owner inference policy refuses paid and unknown-entitlement routes. A separately installed owner retains its readiness, approval, claim, pause, execution, and independent acceptance gates.
- Native terminals preserve processes across tab switches and encode child environments correctly. Electron can open a standalone terminal when context inheritance is unchecked.
- Session token reads use one validated descriptor; desktop packages include the shared helper. Release packaging removes build-machine debug paths from native executables.
- Contributor guides, structured issue forms, roadmap/project support, dependency review, CodeQL, grouped dependency updates, and more efficient CI improve the GitHub workflow.
- Python, CLI, and Electron version declarations now agree on 0.5.0, carrying forward the CLI version correction published in 0.4.0.

Download the payloads and SHA256SUMS from this same release, then run:
shasum -a 256 -c SHA256SUMSBoth desktop applications are developer builds without Developer ID signing or notarization. The native bundle has an ad-hoc signature. No provider account or third-party coding agent is bundled.
Validation and limits
The release source passed 183 Python tests, 29 desktop tests, and 18 Swift tests, plus the repository's required GitHub checks. Release artifacts are built from the tagged main commit. Artifact verification covers version metadata, Apple Silicon architecture, checksums, packaged core modules, packaged Electron terminal operation, and private build-path removal. All four uploaded payloads were downloaded from GitHub and matched the published checksums. The downloaded wheel passed an isolated install and CLI smoke test; the downloaded Electron app passed its packaged PTY and ASAR integrity checks; the downloaded native app passed version, arm64, signature, and private-path checks.
The tagged container workflow also built, smoke-tested, and published ghcr.io/hamanakam1/taskrivet:0.5.0.
Native visual interaction qualification remains incomplete. Live owner installation and ticket qualification, automatic admission of additional tickets, measured task-quality/latency ranking, and a paid-provider budget are separate work. A returned run still needs source review and acceptance. Publishing or downloading this release does not activate a live service.
See native setup, desktop setup, routing observations, and owner request boundaries.
Taskrivet 0.4.0 — native Mac workspace
Taskrivet 0.4.0 adds the native SwiftUI Mac workspace and hardens the ticket handback path.
Highlights:
- Native Mac workspace (macos/): a SwiftUI rebuild of the desktop alpha — ticket loop with holds, leases, and report state; the full task inspector; session-terminal attach; embedded SwiftTerm PTY tabs. All ledger reads are argv-only CLI JSON calls; no UI control writes to the ledger, so handback confirmation stays a typed CLI action. Ships unsigned/ad-hoc-signed as org.taskrivet.native and coexists with the Electron build. See docs/macos.md.
- Handback marker budget: the marker line is reserved inside the 4,000-byte report budget so a capping ticket service cannot cut it off; run folders are recorded in agent.launched and the links view.
- Version fix: the CLI reported 0.3.0 through the 0.3.x line; it now reports the package version.
Assets:
- Taskrivet-0.4.0-macos-arm64.zip — the Electron desktop alpha (reference build).
- Taskrivet-0.4.0-macos-arm64-native.zip — the new native SwiftUI workspace (1.8 MB; the Electron build is 122 MB).
- taskrivet-0.4.0-py3-none-any.whl / taskrivet-0.4.0.tar.gz — the CLI package (Python 3.11+).
- SHA256SUMS for all four.
Both apps are unsigned developer builds for Apple Silicon; they still need a Python 3.11+ with the taskrivet package importable. Verification: 140 CLI tests green on Python 3.11/3.13/3.14, 9 native model tests green, both apps built from the tagged commit in a clean tree, container image published by the tag workflow.
Taskrivet 0.3.2
Taskrivet 0.3.2 is a desktop alpha release with ticket-aware terminal context and shared-session visibility.
Highlights:
- Ticket-bound terminal tabs show friendly objective labels and ticket badges.
- Standalone CLI sessions remain explicitly marked standalone.
- CLI launches can explicitly inherit an active ticket context through the existing shared ledger session.
- Shared terminal tabs show counts and distinguish owner versus joined bindings.
- Ticket mutation, acceptance, and execution authorization remain separate gates.
Downloads:
- Taskrivet-0.3.2-macos-arm64.zip — unsigned, unnotarized Apple Silicon app; Python 3.11+ required.
- taskrivet-0.3.2-py3-none-any.whl and taskrivet-0.3.2.tar.gz — coordination CLI packages.
- SHA256SUMS — checksums for the downloadable artifacts.
Validation: 139 Python tests passed; 16 desktop Node tests passed; JavaScript syntax checks passed; diff checks passed; and the unsigned macOS arm64 app built successfully. The live rebuilt app was verified with shared owner/joined badges and an active OpenCode CLI session.
Current limits: this is a prerelease desktop alpha. The app is unsigned and unnotarized, and local terminal/session behavior remains subject to the documented runtime boundaries.
Taskrivet 0.3.1
Taskrivet 0.3.1 is a desktop alpha release from the verified supervised ticket-loop and shared local session-service commit.
Downloads:
- Taskrivet-0.3.1-macos-arm64.zip — unsigned, unnotarized Apple Silicon app; Python 3.11+ required.
- taskrivet-0.3.1-py3-none-any.whl and taskrivet-0.3.1.tar.gz — coordination CLI packages.
- SHA256SUMS — checksums for the downloadable artifacts.
Validation: 139 Python tests passed; 16 desktop Node tests passed; npm reported 0 vulnerabilities; and the unsigned macOS arm64 app built successfully. The ticket loop preserves separate source selection, execution authorization, handback, and acceptance gates.
Current limits: this is a prerelease desktop alpha. The app is unsigned and unnotarized, and local terminal/session behavior remains subject to the documented runtime boundaries.
Taskrivet 0.3.0 — GitHub reconciliation desktop alpha
Taskrivet 0.3.0 is a desktop alpha with embedded terminals, persistent local sessions, bounded context, and visible failures.
This release adds durable GitHub activity observations and review categories, explicit public-summary publication with an idempotent outbox, and an optional local ticket-service bridge with revision checks and independent readback. Configured polling starts when the desktop opens, not at login or boot.
Downloads:
- Taskrivet-0.3.0-macos-arm64.zip — unsigned, unnotarized Apple Silicon app; Python 3.11+ required.
- Python wheel and source distribution — standalone coordination CLI.
- taskrivet.html — interactive Archify architecture, with typed source and validation receipt.
- SHA256SUMS — checksums for the downloadable artifacts.
Validation: 38 local Python tests, 10 desktop tests including a real detached terminal reconnect, clean wheel installation/CLI smoke test, macOS arm64 build, and Archify 9/9 checks with no errors or warnings. Browser containment and manual visual review are recorded separately. Hosted CI status is linked from the repository.
The version-tag workflow publishes the CLI container to ghcr.io/hamanakam1/taskrivet:0.3.0. It contains the coordination CLI, not the desktop or third-party agents; publication/visibility must be verified separately from release creation.
Current limits: activity polling is bounded and does not guarantee complete history. Response categories recommend review; they do not execute untrusted changes. Per-issue bidirectional lifecycle mirroring, automatic ticket execution/acceptance, measured billing, webhook delivery, and signed desktop distribution remain planned. Existing shells survive desktop quit but not service failure or reboot.
