Shared rooms in Slack and Discord. Link a shared room to a channel from its Share panel, and everything said in the room is said in the channel and the other way round. Connect Slack or Discord in Settings, under Devices; both connect out from your computer, so nothing new listens on your network.
Agents only hear what is meant for them. In a linked channel, the agents read a message only when it names one of them or the bot. Other bots, including this one, are never heard.
You decide who talks to your agents. The first time someone in the channel names an agent, they are told once that you decide, and you get a card in Share to let them in or not. People you let in are ordinary room guests: anything that touches your accounts still waits for you, and the channel only hears that an approval is waiting, never what it is for.
Nothing pings the whole channel. Nothing the room says can mention @channel, @here or @everyone.
A steady pace for busy rooms. Every shared room now starts at most a dozen agent turns a minute, then pauses and says why.
