Bloks 1.7.1

Fixes a blank window. 1.7.0 shipped react and react-dom a version apart, which React refuses to render, so the app opened to nothing. If you updated to 1.7.0 and saw an empty window, this update arrives on its own the next time you open Bloks. A test now keeps the two versions together so this cannot ship again. Thanks to @makerxyz for tracking it down independently.

Also: switching on Phones and devices now tells you a restart is needed and offers to do it, instead of handing out a code no phone could use yet.
