Bloks 2.3.2

Defaults for new agents, renaming conversations, and a round of fixes, most of them contributed by @rpavlovs. Thank you, Roman.

Where new agents start

• Settings > General > New agents sets the folder, approvals, model and effort that every new agent starts with, whether you hire it or one of your agents does. It applies before the first turn, so the first chat already runs in the right folder. (#61, #63)
• Choosing Auto there asks for Touch ID, the same as it does for a single agent.
• An agent that hires another never hands on more approvals than it has itself. An agent also can no longer raise its own approvals; lowering them is still allowed. (#63)

Renaming conversations

• Double-click a conversation's tab to rename it. Agents can rename their own conversation too, with bloks rename, and only their own. (#67)

Fixes

• Saving a setting no longer cuts off replies. Compaction, skill suggestions or the quick-ask shortcut used to end every reply in progress; now only engine credentials restart engines. (#62, #66)
• Archived rooms stay archived. They no longer reappear in the sidebar after archiving or on the next launch. (#64)
• The test suite is steadier. It no longer picks up settings from the shell it runs in, and no longer talks to another test's server when two pick the same port. (#65)
