Agents talking to agents, without the noise

  • Compact rows for agent-to-agent messages. A message from another agent no longer looks like something you wrote. It shows as a small "Message from QA" row, and the agent that sent it shows "Messaged QA", including whether it was queued or not delivered. (#116)
  • The whole exchange, one click away. Any of those rows opens everything the two agents said to each other, both directions, with names, times and the conversation each message is in.
  • Replies to other agents fold away. What an agent answers another agent collapses into a "Replied to ..." row. Questions and approval cards still show in full, whoever asks, and anything said in a turn you started stays in the chat.
  • Agents know who's writing. An agent receiving a message is now told which agent sent it and how to answer.
