Bloks Cloud replies that get through, and a status that tells the truth

On a rough network, a computer could keep hearing Bloks Cloud while its answers never made it back. The status still said connected, and your phone said it could not reach the computer.

• Answers retry. When an answer to your phone or the web app is lost on the way, Bloks sends it again, for as long as your phone is still waiting.
• Status is honest. Settings, Bloks Cloud shows Replies failing instead of Connected when the answers stop landing, with a line saying what that means. It turns green again once replies get through.
• bloks-server status too. On a headless server it now says when Cloud can be heard but replies are not getting through, instead of saying connected.
