Promotes the [Unreleased] block to v0.7.0 (MINOR — new MCP tool + new Message schema field) so :latest carries attachment reach for multis's media flow.

Bundles (already on master via #15):

  • attachments[] on every normalized Message
  • download_asset tool — attachment bytes as base64, src_url-confined (defense-in-depth), byte-capped, timeout-bounded
  • Validated end-to-end against a live Beeper account

This PR is the release stamp only:

  • CHANGELOG [Unreleased][0.7.0] — 2026-06-16
  • serverInfo.version 0.6.0 → 0.7.0
  • PRD / context.md / README version stamps + pin example → 0.7.0

Tagging v0.7.0 after merge triggers the gated publish (:0.7.0/:0.7/:0/:latest, old :latest:previous).

Cuts 0.7.0 (MINOR) so :latest carries attachment reach for multis's media
flow (attachments[] on every Message + download_asset; validated live).

- CHANGELOG: [Unreleased] -> [0.7.0] — 2026-06-16 with a release summary.
- mcp/server.js: serverInfo.version 0.6.0 -> 0.7.0.
- docs/PRD.md: status stamp -> v0.7.0; release-history 0.7.0 row; roadmap entry
  -> shipped 0.7.0; "v0.7.0 hardening" heading; image-tag example bumped.
- beeperbox.context.md / README.md: version stamps + pin example -> 0.7.0.

Tag v0.7.0 after merge triggers the gated publish (:0.7.0/:0.7/:0/:latest,
old :latest -> :previous).
