Fixed — global install is first-class, and the package stopped shipping dev artifacts

  • npm install -g multis is now the recommended, documented path (README + Customer Guide lead with it).
  • Tarball dropped from ~7 MB to 169 kB. The .npmignore blacklist had been shipping local dev cruft to every user — a 6.2 MB litectx database file, browser-automation scratch, internal library-ask specs, and CLAUDE.md. Switched to an explicit files allowlist (bin/, src/, skills/, .multis-template/, README/LICENSE/CHANGELOG) — 44 files, all runtime paths intact, fail-safe going forward.

Verified end-to-end against a real global install (multis init seeds config with no ENOENT). No runtime code change; existing installs unaffected. Suite 564/564 green.
