Foundation refresh — both libs validated against the installed npm artifacts.

  • bare-agent ^0.19.0 → ^0.29.0 — all consumed primitives intact; halt:<rule> ceremony contract byte-identical; unsticks the bareguard optional-peer range. Free pickups: truncated-round tool calls refused instead of executed with missing args (BA-4 closure), temperature graceful-degrade, Ollama maxTokens fix.
  • Bounded loop terminations reach chat honestly — the Loop's new tokens (truncated:max_tokens / refusal / context_exceeded / denied:<tool> / stuck:<tool>) map to the model's preserved text + an honest (stopped early — …) note instead of a raw LLM error: <token>; full token audited as loop_bounded. A deny-spin now stops at 3 attempts instead of burning every tool round.
  • litectx ^0.27.0 → ^0.30.0 — 0.27-written DB migrates cleanly under the 0.29 index-format stamp; buffer-ingested doc bodies survive the stale-pointer drift gate; fences/forget({id})/ingest shapes unchanged. No code change needed.
