PR #105 not accepted - move 'Other sources' links into 'Improve the docs'

I was just wondering if there is a reason for that or if anyone is open to a conversation about building on it. If not, feel free to close it, or let me know if I should.

I just notice this one. Sorry, I don't look at Handlebars-issues very often at the moment. But the changes make sense. I merged them. Thanks for contributing.
