Sessions — a run is a workroom you keep, not a one-shot. The session bar gains a Work/Ask toggle: send the next instruction, or just ask (status, decisions — answer-only, no file changes). Get notified when runs settle (browser bell + COXPIT_WEBHOOK_URL for Telegram/Slack/anything), and Sync base keeps long-lived worktrees fresh. Launch in the morning, get pinged, decide the merge — that's the loop now.
