Cedar 0.1.0 for macOS

Download Cedar-0.1.0-apple-silicon.dmg, drag Cedar to Applications, and open it. It
runs on Apple Silicon Macs only. The first launch needs Docker Desktop (or OrbStack, Colima)
running and asks for your model server.
