Functionally identical to 0.4.0. Republished because 0.2.0 through 0.4.0 were removed from PyPI: their source distributions bundled a test fixture whose placeholder values were not generic. The values were replaced and the repository history rewritten to match. PyPI does not allow a deleted version number to be reused, so the clean republish carries a new one. Anything pinned to a removed version must move to this release.
