The previous commit stored the IAM token as an oauth credential with
expires=0, causing the agent to immediately attempt a token refresh
against a non-existent endpoint.  Switch to api_key type via
upsertAuthProfile() so the token is used directly without refresh.

Bump to v2026.3.14.
