@hanzo/dev v0.6.96

MCP tools with nullable optional arguments now convert instead of being dropped (the Hanzo MCP toolset attaches cleanly), dev login on the Hanzo path rides out edge 502s during the device grant, the free-pool notice belongs to the run that is actually free, and the release pipeline is restored on the forge with all five platforms built from one host.
