- Fixes GHSA-wjhx-4prr-c426 (high). A bug in libsignal-service-rs, the library under presage, let anyone who knew your phone number forge "sync" messages: messages that appear as sent by you, or chats marked as read. faro now uses a fixed presage, and also ignores sync messages that don't come from your own account. Updating is recommended. Thanks to the Whisperfish maintainers for the fix and the heads-up.

- Better handling of messages sent to your phone-number identity.
