First immutable tag of the 0.7.8 bookmark line (measured Tuner AUTO + RTL AGC, task-local REENTRANT), plus the Tab5 no-PSRAM auto-ring shrink.

Fixed

  • Default auto pull-ring no longer dies with ESP_ERR_NO_MEM on no-PSRAM Tab5. Prefers ~192 KiB, then shrinks to the largest even internal block down to 64 KiB.
  • False cross-task ERR_REENTRANT (callback-task check).

Smoke

  • examples/p4_serial_smoke uses the real default auto ring. Hardware re-run on Tab5 COM17 / Blog V4 is still required.

OrcSDR should pin this tag, not master. L5 consumer and L6 soak remain open.
