What's Changed

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed PHAR build - Commands and orbit-core now properly included
  • Added build-phar.sh script that generates CommandRegistry at build time
  • Updated AppServiceProvider to use CommandRegistry for PHAR builds
  • Updated box.json to explicitly include app/Commands directory

Technical Details

The PHAR was missing commands because:

  1. Command auto-discovery doesn't work in PHAR environment
  2. orbit-core was symlinked via composer-link (symlinks not followed by Box)

Solution: Generate CommandRegistry at build time, unlink orbit-core before building, and build with --no-dev to keep size under 100MB (61MB vs 117MB with dev deps).
