- Changed `pkg-url` template to use `{bin}` instead of `{binary}` to resolve
duplicate source errors in multi-binary crates.
- Explicitly disabled `quick-install` strategy across all binary crates
(`mq-run`, `mq-check`, `mq-crawler`, `mq-lsp`, `mq-test`) via
`disabled-strategies` metadata.
- Standardized `binstall` metadata across all utility crates.
- Synchronized `mq-test` version in workspace Cargo.toml.
