Match the file name (ffi-ci.yml) by dropping the "mq-" prefix from the workflow's display name.
Document pointer validity requirements for mq_set_search_paths, mq_define_string_value, mq_import_module, mq_load_module, and mq_set_http_allowed_domains, and regenerate mq.h accordingly.
