Introduce structured annotation parsing so test functions can be run once per element in a parameter array.

Usage:

# @parametrize([["hello", 5], ["world", 5], ["", 0]])
def test_len(input, expected):
  assert_eq(len(input), expected)
end

Introduce structured annotation parsing so test functions can be run
once per element in a parameter array.

- Add TestAnnotation enum (Test, Parametrize) parsed from leading comments
- Add DiscoveredTest enum (Simple, Parametrized) returned by discovery
- Add parse_annotation dispatching on @name(args) for extensibility
- Add get_arity using CST split_cond_and_program to detect param count
- Update build_test_query to emit flatten([...]) with map/zip expansion

Usage:
  # @parametrize([["hello", 5], ["world", 5], ["", 0]])
  def test_len(input, expected):
    assert_eq(len(input), expected)
  end
…uery generation

- test_parse_annotation: whitespace variants, dynamic expr, empty array, bare @, no-parens
- test_get_arity: 0–4 params via CST first_def helper
- test_discover_tests_parametrized: arity 0/1/2/3 cases
- test_discover_tests: multiple parametrized, mixed all kinds, module scope, unknown annotation ignored
- test_build_test_query: arity 0/1/2/3, display name stripping, content preservation
