v0.2.0 - pause Codex support, Claude-first UX

Summary

This release intentionally pauses Codex support in minimax-cli and makes Claude the default runtime path.

What Changed

• minimax is now Claude-first:
  • no args run claude-mm
  • unknown first args are forwarded to claude-mm
  • minimax codex now exits non-zero with explicit guidance
• codex-mm is now a compatibility stub that exits with code 2 and points to official MiniMax Codex docs.
• CI now enforces the paused-Codex behavior for both codex-mm and minimax codex.
• README and troubleshooting were rewritten to clearly document support boundaries.

Contributor Guidance

Codex support is intentionally paused in this wrapper until an officially supported integration path is available.
